Rules and policy
Like any organized structure, our virtual company imposes a few rules and access conditions to be taken into account before embarking on the adventure. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the suspension of your access to the company. First of all, you must complete and agree to the conditions below:
Pilots must make a minimum of two flights per month to keep their account active with the company. In the event of a prolonged absence, notify the staff via the forum so that we can first find out, and that the account is not deleted after a long absence without news.
Exemplary behavior is required, whether internally (Discord, forum) or externally (IVAO / VATSIM networks or others, social networks ...). Insults, racism, or other offensive behavior towards another pilot, SkyAlliance staff member, or any other external person, whether pilot, ATC or staff member of another, will not be tolerated. VA / networks, or attempt to damage SkyAlliance's image by disseminating false information or using any internal and proprietary SkyAlliance file without prior authorization from a staff. SkyAlliance reserves the right to exclude and delete the account of anyone who does not respect this charter. Remember that all members of the team are volunteers, and give their free time according to their availability, it will be useless and not tolerated to take it out on them or ? anyone else, for whatever reason. If a conflict exists between two people, we ask you to settle it by private messaging, or to contact a staff to act as mediator. In any case, let's avoid personal dramas in the middle of the living room / forum.
New pilots are asked to make a small presentation on the forum, in order to get to know you a little more and possibly target your needs if this proves useful - in addition to being more approved. Stable when you mix passion and conviviality with the "colleagues"!
When registering, your flight hours in another Virtual Company will not be counted in your account. Like everyone else, you will be required to pass the entrance exam, and you will start your career with 0 hours of flight time. For pilots returning from a long absence and whose account has been deleted, you will be able to make a request to update your hours via the forum, and it will be possible to search the database. This does not mean, however, that it will always be possible to add your hours, but you never know.
The tracker automatically detects and takes care of validating your theft report. If anyway it detects errors, the PIREP will go into "Under review" mode. A staff member will examine it and will contact you through the message interface directly on the PIREP. You will be asked to check regularly if this situation occurs and to answer any questions you will be asked. If so, your PIREP may be rejected and your flight will not be counted.
Network flights are not compulsory. However, you will be asked to scrupulously respect the rules of the servers on which you fly, whether it is IVAO, VATSIM or others. When you fly online, you represent SkyAlliance - which is an IVAO certified VA - any behavior harmful to its image may be punishable by sanction up to the deletion of the pilot account..
